Background; QSA Ltd. has been established in 1992 as Professional Office to give an operational support to the Italian firms aiming at taking the challenge of the global market through Normative Compliance and Quality Systems.
Early ’90, QSA personnel was involved as expert in the UNIDO project to introduce in Latin America an accreditation system compatible with European one. In the same period the QSA was involved in international projects for Saudi Arabia, Russia, Byelorussia, Uruguay, Columbia, Croatia.
From 1998, QSA has been authorized from Gosstandart to provide services in partnership with VNIIS, for mandatory and voluntary certification, consultancy in the field of Certification and Accreditation and later from UKR SEPRO for Ukrainian compliance activities.
Last period has been characterised by design and managing projects for Public administration, Banks and Non Governative Organization and very recently in Sport where QSA become the official support office for certification and quality matters, with direct responsibilities within National Anti Doping Organization.

Today; QSA Organization for Quality has its office in Genoa and desk in Rome, Moscow, Kiev and Rostov on Don. Resident personnel and a net of inspectors and experts, which covers by competence and languages south and east Europe market make the flexible structure of QSA that when special requirements arise, QSA acts through its Partners in order to ensure the complete governance of the project / contract.
