The fast references’ changing have introduced deep modifications in corporate culture and in Public Administration.

Today it is no more presumable that an organization that produces goods or delivers services, does not constantly revise its own setting with proper models to the new reality and does not consider the law in force obligations, individual values, working conditions, ethnic groups, environmental impact and relapses on community.

For facing these requirements, QSA maintains a dedicated organization to training and qualification of personal. This activity has involved during the time more than 8.200 persons.

In 2000, QSA establishes with Det Norke Veritas group, the DNV Knowledge Institute, undertaking coordination and chairmanship since 2003, when College begins international and extends its partnership with other international subjects in Europe and in ex URSS countries.

2004 is characterised by planning and accreditation of the first and sole course in Italy for inspectors in Public Administration and Sport.

At the beginning of 2005 didactics has been integrated with e-learning instruments that permit to all students the interaction with educational course and the faculty to be able to do secretary’s office operations using a simple internet access.

2007 sees QSA College stand side to CONI Sport School, by managing training and qualification of personal involved in antidoping activities.
